Overview

Whether you are adding one small room or doubling the size of your house we offer a comprehensive, professional service & competitive pricing. We specialise in building your dream home extension, sunroom or porch with matching materials thus making the extension look part of your original house.

We take on new construction projects ranging from small home renovations work, medium sized home extensions and attic conversions to larger projects involving the construction of brand new homes on green field sites. In every project, we give careful consideration to ensure that our work meets our client's expectations through ongoing dialogue and close liaison with our project manager through all stages of the project. With our extensive experience and portfolio of past projects, we can introduce new clients to some of our past satisfied clients who have had similar work done to the new project being undertaken

We provide a personalised, professional and enthusiastic service to all of our clients throughout the project. From the initial project planning stage, start up, ongoing development works through to project completion, snag listing and eventual sign off by the client, our Project Manager will advise and alert the client of options as they become available. All work is supervised by our Project Manager and by our Site Foreman and is carried out by our highly skilled, fully trained and permanently employed workforce which includes a variety of trades including carpenters, electricians, plumbers and plasterers. This allows us to tackle the entire job without the need for organising and hiring several contractors to complete a single project - thus reducing the risk of delays in the project and giving added cost saving advantages.

We have extensive experience in the carrying out of extensions.

The following are some helpful guidelines with regard to extensions:
• The design of an extension should complement the existing design of the house, and not look out of place
• The design and location of an extension should not have any new adverse impact on your neighbours from over shading or privacy
• The size of the extension should

1. Respect the size of the existing house.

2. The extension should not reduce the size of the garden to make it unusable

3. The site is big enough to accommodate car parking etc
