6 Simple Steps you should follow in order to Obtain Your Grant Aid

STEP 1 - Contact Us:
The first step is to contact us to express your interest in upgrading the energy efficiency of your home and participating in the Home Energy Saving Scheme. We will answer any questions that you may have and send you out a comprehensive brochure to consider your options. Our dedicated customer service representatives are available by calling 1890 27 28 33, Monday to Sunday, from 9am - 9pm.

STEP 2 - Scheme Registration:
We will register your expression of interest in this scheme with sustainable energy ireland, Sustainable Energy Ireland will send you out the registration forms.

STEP 3 - Home Energy Survey:
Homeowners can avail of an optional pre works and post works BER assessments at a cost of €299 of which €200 can be claimed back when all works have been carried out.

STEP 4 - Retrofitting Pricing:
At this point we will contact you to arrange a quotation for all or some of the works recommended. We will provide you with a competitive quotation along with a comprehensive proposal detailing all related works, offering a range of prices for varying qualities of materials and equipment to suit your specific budget.

STEP 5 - Commencement of Work:
We will schedule a suitable time convenient to you to complete the relevant works, guaranteeing you the least amount of disruption. Depending on the range of works, it will take between 2-5 days to complete the retrofitting.

STEP 6 - Completion:
Once the work has been completed to your satisfaction and the final bill paid, we will issue you with an official receipt which will enable you to claim your grant back.
